Title Application Checklist

• Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) of every person to be named on the title
• One valid photo ID (Passport / National ID / Driver's Licence)
• Property Tax / Land Valuation documents for the land
• Proof of ownership (Conveyance, Deed of Gift, Indenture, Will, purchase receipt, or Certificate of Compliance)
• Two declarants — name, age, address and occupation of each
• History of the land for the last 7–40 years
